Our Trip to Poplar Flats Farm in September.
We were able to feed the chickens and cows and we were also able to hold the chickens. We had a super fun hay ride at the end of the trip.
We learned about eating healthy foods. Then we made veggie and cheese kababs.
Gerry Quarton came to Grey Mountain Primary to do the marshmallow challenge with the classes. They had to work as teams to try and build the tallest, free standing structure they could using 20 pieces of spaghetti, 1 metre of string, 1 metre of tape, and 1 marshmallow. They marshmallow had to be at the top of the structure.
